Education
Alex Arceo is a graduate from Jefferson State Community College with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Foodservice/Culinary Management. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, majoring in Secondary Education from the University of Montevallo. Currently, Alex is attending The University of Alabama in pursuit of his Master's Degree in Human Development & Family Studies.
Experience
From over 10 years of experience in the foodservice and hospitality profession, Alex is able to bring a real life element to in-class learning. He has worked with known Birmingham chefs, including: Chef Brandon Cain and Chef Krystal Bryant. Eventually, managing his family-owned restaurant.
Bio
Alex is a Pelham native, graduating from Pelham High School with Career Technical Endorsement in Culinary Arts in 2015. Alex loves to travel and will do so as often as possible. He especially enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
